Please check the attached photo here. Please connect

AUX L OUT to AUX IN L. 
AUX R OUT to AUX IN R.

Please check the linked picture here. Connect the FRONT OUT L and FRONT OUT R to the RCA jacks from 48-1-01880-D-06.

Please exchange the TX and RX wires if the radio does not work. Photo link here

Make sure you connect the green connectors to the original radio and the original car harness. Photo here. 

The orange wire(near the red wire) is a reverse detection wire. photo here
