2. The USB port in her center console won't work anymore because it was connected to the old head unit. Anyway to get that working again or plugged in?

A few quick questions.  how do I get other picture options on the boot screen other than the standard android ones?

Hi, it is the latest and fastest aftermarket radio for your car at this moment. We have not heard of these issues from other customers before. The issue may caused by a wrong setting or something else. So we need more information so we can assist you.

1. Gauge cluster digital display - The digital display of the gauge cluster no longer dims with the headlights. I tried to unplug the unit and plug back in the original PCM and the gauge display will dim, but with your unit installed, it does not dim when you turn the headlights on. This makes it very bright at night, with no way that I have figured out to change it.

Answer: Replacing the radio does not affect the instrument cluster. There is a "Car Info" and "Car Setting" app on the screen. Did you check them?

2. Reverse camera - The reverse camera display keeps freezing up and has a delay. As you back up the car the video when it doesn't freeze up is very choppy.

Answer: Please check the "Car Setting" app>Basic>Reversing delay(s)>Select 0. Then check again.

4. Audio quality - The audio quality is severely degraded from the factory PCM. I understand there will be some loss with the MOST adapter but if you turn it all the way up it either is not loud enough or if you change the audio settings to make it loud enough the speakers crack and pop. You have to turn the tuner off and then reboot the system.

Answer: Please check Settings>Car Infotainment>About Device>Click the "gear" icon on the right of the "HMI">input password 8878>Volume, you can adjust the volume level of the apps separately>Apply and Exit.

1. Please check Settings>Car Infotainment>About Device>Click the "gear" icon on the right of the "HMI">input password 8878>CAN Type>Temp Unit>F.

2. Please check Settings>System>Date & time, you can adjust the time format.

3. The radio is designed to calibrate the time automatically once it gets a GPS signal. Therefore, you do not need to adjust it manually. Depending on the weather, the radio can usually get the GPS signal within 30 seconds to two minutes. It receives the GPS signal quickly on sunny days and gets the GPS signal slowly on rainy or cloudy days.
