Introducing our latest aftermarket GPS navigation head unit, designed specifically to replace the factory radio system in the Mercedes-Benz SLK R171 2004-2010, designed specifically to replace the factory radio system. With the same wiring harness and plug as the original radio, it's a simple plug-and-play installation.

Once installed, you'll have access to a smart entertainment system that includes a touchscreen display, navigation, FM/AM radio, USB port, Wi-Fi, AUX-IN, Bluetooth calling, Bluetooth music, DVD player, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Google Play, a rear-view camera(Optional), TV (tuner is optional), OBD (device is optional), and more. This product is also compatible with the original steering wheel controls.

NOTE:
1. This radio is compatible with the factory Mercedes-Benz backup camera. Please choose "canbus decoder" if your car is equipped with a factory backup camera, we will include the adapter.
2. This radio is not compatible with the OEM 6 CD changer, but our product supports DVD playback and SD/USB music/video, you do not need the old 6 CD changer anymore. 
3. This radio does not have Sirius/XM radio feature, but you can download Sirius/XM application on your mobile phone and listen to it through Bluetooth.
4. This product is not compatible with Mercedes-Benz SLK-Class(R171) Japan model. Because the connectors behind the radio(Japan model) are different from head units from other countries.

NOTE:

If you have any of the above 2 head units (NTG1 Comand APS or NTG1 Audio 50 APS) then the head unit is separate from the audio gateway/sound amplifier on your car. The speaker system will be powered by a fiber optic (MOST) amplifier(audio gateway) located under the passenger footrest. Head units that are run by MOST will have a pair of orange plastic fiber-optic cables on the rear and no speaker outputs. The majority of cables such as speaker wires, power wires, and the radio antenna are found under the passenger footrest at the original amplifier. This means that to integrate this aftermarket unit with the car you must run an extension kit to the speaker/power wires under the passenger's seat. Installations requiring the extension are more time-consuming than cars that do not require it, however, it is still relatively straightforward. Note that only four car speakers work after installing this kit because the original amplifier/audio gateway is passed and it uses our radio's internal 4*45W amplifier.

NOTE: 

If you have the NTG1 Audio 20 APS/NTG2.5 Comand APS/NTG2.5 Audio 20/50 APS/MCS-II as shown in the above photo WITHOUT external Harmon/Kardon Logic 7 Surround Sound System in your Mercedes-Benz then the Head Unit and audio gateway are in one component. This aftermarket head unit will be a direct plug-and-play replacement using the standard wiring adapter lead provided.

If you have the NTG1 Audio 20 APS/NTG2.5 Comand APS/NTG2.5 Audio 20/50 APS/MCS-II as shown in the above photo WITH external Harmon/Kardon Logic 7 Surround Sound System in your Mercedes-Benz then the head Unit is separate from the sound amplifier. Then this aftermarket head unit will be a direct plug-and-play replacement using the standard wiring adapter lead provided. But you also need the Fiber Optic(MOST) adapter for Mercedes-Benz. The adapter is optional, please add it from the drop-box. It makes this new radio work with the original Harmon/Kardon Logic 7 Surround Sound System and ALL car speakers work as before. This product is NOT compatible with Mercedes-Benz SLK-Class(R171) Japan model. Because the connectors behind the radio(Japan model) are totally different from the head unit from other countries.

After installing our radio, the instrument cluster shows FM/AM stations, music inforamtion. But it does not show navigation information.
