 NOTE:
1. This radio is compatible with the factory Mercedes-Benz backup camera. if your car is equipped with a factory backup camera, we will include the adapter.
2. This radio is not compatible with the Mercedes-Benz CLK-class Japan model because the connectors behind the radio(Japan model) are different from the head units from other countries.
3. Mercedes-Benz CLK-class has two similar head units, but the size is not the same. Therefore, please measure the dimensions of the original radio as shown below. This product is only suitable with the one with 253mm*238mm*120.15mm.

NOTE: If you have the NTG1 Audio 20 APS/NTG 2 Command APS/NTG2.5 Comand APS/NTG2.5 Audio 20/50 APS/MCS-II as shown in the above photo WITHOUT an external Harmon/Kardon fiber optic audio system in your Mercedes-Benz, then this aftermarket head unit will be a direct plug-and-play replacement using the short wiring adapter lead provided.

If you have the NTG1 Audio 20 APS/NTG 2 Command APS/NTG2.5 Comand APS/NTG2.5 Audio 20/50 APS/MCS-II as shown in the above photo WITH an external Harmon/Kardon fiber optic audio system in your Mercedes-Benz, then this aftermarket head unit will be a direct plug-and-play replacement using the short wiring adapter lead provided. But you also need the Fiber Optic(MOST) adapter for Mercedes-Benz. The adapter is optional; please add it from the options. It retains the original W209 Harmon/Kardon audio system; all the speakers will work as before. Check more info about the  Fiber Optic(MOST) adapter for Mercedes-Benz.
