This radio has a lot of features that I love but the thing that caught my eye is the factory aesthetic. It looks great in my car. The main reason for my five star review is the customer service. This is probably the greatest customer service I have ever seen. Every question I had they responded quickly and they helped me out a ton. I love this radio and this company......10/10

Very satisfied, good quality radio with awesome sound!

I purchased this radio for my w215 Mercedes CL500 and it is a fantastic replacement for the stock radio. It comes with all the bells and whistles, but more important than anything is the level of customer support. They walked me through each step of installation and gave me solid advise and accurate directions that made the installation process a breeze. They even helped me install an aftermarket amp 2 months later. Most other retailers wouldn't even respond after the sale. A++

I love this unit. Have had it in now for over a year. I have the wireless CarPlay dongle and all works great
every time. My installer did a great job hooking up the camera to a push button for me to use a front camera
which is hidden behind the front lower grill. I can not say enough good things about khan here at sigmacarstereo
as well. I researched after market upgrades for a year before pulling the trigger on this unit and in the end only
after khan said he could get me the full screen unit. I see he NOW shows this one as well. Why I chose this unit
over other like it is because it has a cooling fan. A+++++++
